Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ShapeVision. If the applicable law in your country sets a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. If you are a minor under your local law, you must use the app with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Description of the Service
ShapeVision is a fitness and body-analysis app that may provide:
- Morphology analysis based on photos you choose to take or import.
- Training-related content, recommendations, and information.
- Additional features available through a paid subscription.
ShapeVision features may evolve at any time.
User Account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for the activity carried out through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Pricing, Subscription, Free Trials, and Billing
Some ShapeVision features require a paid subscription.
- Applicable prices are those shown at the time of purchase on the App Store or Google Play.
- Antoine Pauwels operates under the French VAT franchise regime. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French CGI.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the end of the trial period.
- Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the App Store or Google Play.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings.
- Purchases are subject to the billing, cancellation, and refund rules of the store through which you subscribed.
Formation of the Contract
- The contract is formed when you create an account and begin using the app for free features.
- It is also formed when you confirm a paid subscription through the App Store or Google Play.
Before any paid subscription, you can review the essential information about the offer, its price, billing frequency, renewal, and subscription management directly in the relevant store and within the app.
Withdrawal Rights
Where permitted by law, consumer rights, including withdrawal rights where applicable, are exercised in accordance with applicable legal rules and, for in-app purchases, under the procedures of the store through which the subscription was made.
Permitted Use
- Do not use ShapeVision for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Do not interfere with the operation, security, or reliability of the app.
- Do not copy, decompile, disassemble, or exploit the app beyond what applicable law allows.
- Do not upload content you are not allowed to use.
Health and Fitness Disclaimer
ShapeVision provides fitness, training, and body-analysis information for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and does not replace the advice of a qualified health professional.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to ShapeVision, including photos and profile information. You grant ShapeVision a limited license to host, process, store, and use that content only to the extent necessary to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.
Intellectual Property
ShapeVision, including the app, software, content, visual assets, and brand, is owned by Antoine Pauwels or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal purposes.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to ShapeVision in the event of a breach of these Terms, abusive use of the service, risk to other users, or where necessary to protect the app, our systems, or third parties.
You may stop using the app at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.
Availability and Liability
ShapeVision is provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent permitted by law. No express or implied warranty is given regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antoine Pauwels and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, turnover, revenue, or opportunities linked to use of the app.
Changes to the Service and the Terms
We may evolve the app, add or remove certain features, or modify these Terms. If material changes are made, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice within the app where appropriate. Continued use of ShapeVision after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the place where ShapeVision is operated, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
